By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms below.

GENERAL

  • Commissioned work is for personal use only (example: gifts, personal prints, icons, profile pictures, wallpapers, posts on social media with credit).

  • I retain all rights to the created artwork and can share them on social media, as well as use it for portfolio purposes.

  • The use of my art for NFT's or AI IS NOT permitted

  • You CAN NOT make profit from the commission.

  • You acknowledge that I'm a digital illustrator and my work is digital only, meaning there won't be any shipping of physical goods.

  • Finished commission will be sent to you in high resolution via email or uploaded via Google Drive for you to download.

DO's AND DON'Ts

Important: State a content warning(CW) before sending any kind of reference of possibly sensitive or triggering topics (ex. NSFW, gore & etc). You may only send the reference after getting an OK from me.

Process, Revisions, Deadlines

  • Please provide both visual and text references. I do not accept commissions based on only text descriptions.

  • Commission takes me 1 to 3 weeks to finish, depending on the order's difficulty. In case I need more time, I'll make sure to contact you in advance.

  • If the illustration needs to be rushed in a time frame shorter than a week, an additional fee (+7$) will be added.

  • I'll be sending wip's for each phase of the commission (sketch, cleaned sketch(lineart) and color base). This is done for revisions and to keep you up to date with the progress.

  • Any major changes can only be done in the sketch phase. In case you want to request more than 3 major changes, each new request will require an additional fee.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

  • Payment is 100% upfront through paypal invoice.

  • No full refunds if I have already started working on the commission (amount depends on how much progress I have already made).

  • Full refund can be requested before I start working on your commission.

  • I will not cover Paypal fee for the refunds transfer.

  • Additional character adds +100% of the original price.

  • Detailed designs might require an additional fee to be added.
